As a Delivery Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a portfolio of projects and/or programs for global clients who have invested in our platform for multiple business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a portfolio of projects and/or programs for global clients, ensuring successful delivery and high standards of quality and best practice.
  2. Take full ownership of your portfolio, actively mitigating risks and issues, and driving cost-effective utilization of people and resources.
  3. Manage the commercial aspects of your projects and programs, ensuring appropriate contractual cover is in place and monitoring expenditures.
  4. Work with a high degree of autonomy, seeking support from Delivery Managers when needed.
  5. Lead and manage delivery teams engaged across your projects portfolio, ensuring their wellbeing and continued effectiveness.
  6. Manage the overall client relationship, including identifying new opportunities and forecasting ongoing project demand.
  7. Drive continuous improvement across your delivery projects and provide feedback to wider delivery teams.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in complex IT system Program management and a track record of getting systems live and programs delivered.
  • Demonstrate strong client engagement management skills, gained in a professional services or client-facing environment in a technology company.
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence, leadership, and the ability to effectively listen to employee feedback.
  • A valid Secret-level government security clearance, either current or within the past year, is a mandatory requirement for this position.
