About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our Corporate Development team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying and analyzing potential acquisition targets to drive business growth and achieve our annual KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Sourcing and Analysis: Collaborate with our Corporate Development team to source and analyze potential acquisition targets, including evaluating financial and strategic fit.
  • CRM Management: Manage and update our CRM system with accurate data on leads, opportunities, and communications to ensure effective tracking and reporting of business development activities.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Collaborate with the Business Development team to coordinate targeted outreach campaigns aimed at generating leads for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Deal Flow Management: Support the management of deal flow during the valuation process, including preparing NDA's, assisting with due diligence and analysis, drafting offer presentations, and drafting term sheets.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial and valuation analysis, including detailed financial modeling.
  • Post-Acquisition Evaluation: Assist in tracking the progress and outcomes of past acquisitions to evaluate their success and inform future strategic decisions.
  • Requirements:
    • A bachelor's degree in business or finance.
    • Mergers & Acquisitions experience is an asset, through post-secondary education and/or working experience.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent organization skills, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset.
