Job Summary

We're seeking a Director of Sales to cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with prospective customers. You'll demo and sell our products and services throughout an assigned territory, leveraging your sales and people skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute individual territory plans to define target accounts and drive sales growth.
  • Pursue opportunities and relationships/partnerships through independent business development activities or in response to leads from our demand generation team.
  • Communicate compelling recommendations linked to our customers' pressing business challenges.
  • Generate, nurture, and manage new leads and business opportunities throughout a multi-month sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales, growth, and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrable capability in building new relationships and expanding existing ones.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships.
  • Analytical, flexible, self-motivated, confident, and possessing strong networking and problem-solving skills.
