  1. Key Responsibilities

    As a Restaurant Supervisor at Tim Hortons 8173, you will oversee the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring seamless service to our customers. Your tasks will include:

    • Establishing efficient work schedules to meet our service standards
    • Supervising and coordinating staff activities to prepare and portion food
    • Training team members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimating ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
    • Recruiting and hiring food service staff
    • Ensuring high-quality food and service
    • Preparing budgets and cost estimates
    • Addressing customer complaints and concerns
    • Preparing and submitting reports
  2. Work Environment

    As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 staff members and ensuring that our standards are met.

    • You will work in a combination of sitting and standing positions
    • You will be required to stand for extended periods and engage in physical activities such as bending, crouching, and walking
    • You will need to maintain attention to detail and work effectively under pressure
  3. Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service
    • Language: Fluency in English
    • Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week
