Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Canadian Consulting Engineers. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and messages, and maintain accurate records of correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining accurate records and logs.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate with team members and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Ordering and Inventory: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, correspondence, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
