At Donald Barnes, we're seeking a compassionate and reliable Home-Care Worker to join our team. As a caregiver, you'll play a vital role in providing essential support to our clients in their homes.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on a 80-100 hour bi-weekly schedule. The successful candidate will be required to have a valid driver's licence and own transportation.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for adults, particularly those with intellectual or mental health disabilities. You'll be responsible for administering personal care, medications, and assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Additionally, you'll prepare and serve nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping duties, and assist with exercise and other leisure activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
