About the Role
Aritzia is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Lead to join our Data & Analytics Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the build of our Advanced Analytics capability, focusing on supporting our Digital division's Paid Media and Performance Marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Advanced Analytics use cases related to incrementality testing, customer lifetime value, attribution modeling, and causal impact.
- Work with Business Support partners to drive data-informed decisions in support of corporate objectives.
- Develop insights to support these use cases, including descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- Maximize the value of insights through effective storytelling and influence stakeholders to take action.
- Provide technical leadership to elevate the analytics acumen amongst the team and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven skills in interpreting and analyzing data using advanced statistical techniques and leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Python/R, BigQuery/BigQuery ML, and Google Co-Lab (Notebooks).
- Background in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, and/or eCommerce is preferred.
- Designing and conducting geo-experiments to measure the impact of online advertising.
- Providing technical leadership to other Data Analysts with mentorship, training documentation, and peer review.
