Key Responsibilities:
  • **Partner with Studio Management and Regional Leadership**: Collaborate with our studio management and regional leadership teams to ensure the success of our studio and drive business growth.
  • **Lead and Manage a Dynamic Team**: Lead, manage, and develop a team of fitness professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing an outstanding member experience.
  • **Recruit, Train, and Educate New Coaches**: Recruit, train, and educate new coaches to ensure their success and help them develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • **Handle Member Concerns**: Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolving issues and ensuring a positive member experience.
  • **Work with Sales Team**: Work closely with our sales team to guide interested consumers through their first Orangetheory workout and provide an exceptional sales experience.
  • **Conduct Fitness Staff Meetings**: Conduct regular fitness staff meetings to communicate important information, provide training and support, and foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • **Build Coaching Schedule**: Build and manage the coaching schedule to ensure that our members receive the best possible experience and that our coaches are utilized effectively.
  • **Lead and Motivate Members**: Lead and motivate members through pre-designed workouts, providing a fun and engaging experience that helps them achieve their fitness goals.
  • **Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments, including heart-rate focused training programs and competitor analysis.
  • **Demonstrate Equipment Usage**: Demonstrate the proper usage of all equipment used in our workouts, ensuring that our members receive a safe and effective experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification
  • 15+ hours per week of coaching
