We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Professional Book Fairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and compile data and statistics. Additionally, they will oversee the preparation of reports, order office supplies, and maintain inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
