About the Role
">- We are seeking an experienced Anti-Money Laundering Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a key member of our AML program, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the integrity of our cash services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily activities associated with our AML program, including monitoring transactions and drafting reports as required.
- Oversee the customer onboarding process to ensure accurate KYC checks are performed according to regulatory standards.
- Ensure accurate recording and updating of KYC data in our customer database in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the AML leadership team to provide ongoing support and expertise.
- Excellent knowledge of AML regulations and procedures is essential for this role.

- Requirements
- To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in AML or financial crime-related roles.
- Bilingual (French and English) communication skills.
- CAMS or ACFCS certification is an asset, as is experience with Navaera, Actimize, and Dow Jones technology solutions.
- Experience with reviewing and submitting LCTRs and other regulatory reports is also beneficial.
- What We Offer
- We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
