About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Indo Spice Grocery Store Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise or services, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
