Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Indo Spice Grocery Store Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash register and process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise display and inventory management.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing product recommendations and information.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Work Environment:

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing the duties of the role.
