We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Indo Spice Grocery Store Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate cash register and process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise display and inventory management.
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and maintain sales records for inventory control.
- Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Organized and efficient, with a strong attention to detail.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing the duties of the role and able to work in a dynamic environment.
