Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement plans to improve store appearance, including visual merchandising and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with other store teams, including marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
