Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to sales staff to ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet business needs.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize payments and resolve customer complaints.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
