Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2350651 Alberta LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and present dishes to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other members of the culinary team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
