Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tandoor N Flame Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our standards.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving exceptional results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
