Randy's Pizza & Donair is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant. Your primary focus will be on supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Basic security clearance.
