Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently quoting new jobs, determining customer requirements, and promoting Westburne as an automation solutions provider.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare invoices for order entry through the internal computerized software – AS400.
- Expediting of quotations including follow-up of customer requests.
- Promotion of Westburne as an automation solutions provider by maintaining a high level of technical expertise and customer service.
- Work closely with the outside sales and Technical personnel to support customers and grow the knowledge base.
- Responsible for exploring new customer opportunities.
- 1–2 years inside sales experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills.
