Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Parry Sound, ON. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for efficiently quoting new jobs, working closely with outside sales and technical personnel to support customers and grow our knowledge base, and promoting Westburne as an automation solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations for new jobs.
  • Work closely with outside sales and technical personnel to support customers and grow our knowledge base.
  • Promote Westburne as an automation solutions provider by maintaining a high level of technical expertise and customer service.
  • Explore new customer opportunities and build relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure that our corporate image is consistently reflected in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Prior quotations experience in a similar industry.
