Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Parry Sound, ON. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for efficiently quoting new jobs, working closely with outside sales and technical personnel, and promoting Westburne as a leading automation solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit invoices for order entry through our internal software.
  • Expedite quotations, including follow-up on customer requests.
  • Promote Westburne's brand and technical expertise to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and technical teams to support customers and grow our knowledge base.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
  • Represent Westburne as a brand ambassador, ensuring our corporate image is consistently reflected.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Prior quotations experience in a similar industry.
