Server - Food and Beverage Services Professional

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Sechelt Saffron Restaurant Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, present bills, and accept payment in a timely and professional manner.
- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise on menu selections to enhance the dining experience.
- Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Wine Service: Describe and advise on wine selection, order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
- Order Taking: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt service.
- Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs to provide a personalized experience.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization to ensure efficient service.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.
- Work Language: English language proficiency.
