Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Sechelt Saffron Restaurant Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
    • Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Teamwork
    • Assist kitchen and bar staff as needed to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset, but not required.
