Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Sechelt Saffron Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, present bills, and accept payment in a professional and courteous manner.
- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise on menu selections to enhance the dining experience.
- Service Standards: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Wine Service: Describe and advise on wine selection, order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
- Communication: Take orders, relay to kitchen and bar staff, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
