Executive Chef for a High-End Restaurant

HIMALAYAN KITCHEN INC. is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for determining food portion sizes and costs, planning menus, and requisitioning food and supplies.
- Determine food portion sizes and costs
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Requisition food and supplies
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with excellent time management skills. The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the culinary industry.
Benefits:HIMALAYAN KITCHEN INC. offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a guaranteed minimum salary of $50,000 per year, based on location and experience.
