Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our dynamic team in the 8 West, Acute Medicine Unit. As an RPN at Humber River Health, you will have the opportunity to deliver safe and high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Acute Medicine Unit
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Graduate from a recognized Registered Practical Nursing diploma program
- Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to set priorities
- A competitive hourly rate range of $36.929 - $37.466
