About the Role:
We're seeking a confident and people-oriented leader who can multi-task and keep things running smoothly in our busy salon environment. As a Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing Retail Operations: You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our salon, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Analyzing and Improving Systems: You'll analyze our systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
- Coaching and Training: You'll work closely with our sales team to coach and train them to achieve store sales targets.
- Inventory Management: You'll oversee the inventory, product ordering, and pricing to ensure that our salon is well-stocked and merchandised according to Chatters' standards.
- Financial Management: You'll monitor budgets, payroll management, scheduling, and cost of goods management to ensure that our salon is financially healthy.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic about all things beauty
- Experienced in a retail leadership role
- Able to build rapport with guests and team members
- Flexible, self-motivated, and driven
- Excellent communicator with strong people skills
- Knowledgeable about computer systems like Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Gmail
