At Pointe Au Baril Station Limited, we are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Additionally, the Culinary Specialist will be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and requires fluency in English.
