Job Summary

About the Role
We are seeking an eager and proactive Invoicing Clerk to join our team. As an Invoicing Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, managing accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining records. Your positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to help out wherever needed will make you an excellent fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
