About the Role:
This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Contract Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support services to our clients, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit and organize transactional documentation with precision and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Create and manage signature packages for closings, guaranteeing compliance and efficiency.
  • Compile Record Books, maintaining accuracy and organization.
  • Produce high-quality work while handling daily administrative tasks with ease.
  • Manage accounting-related duties, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.

Requirements:
  • Two years of previous experience as a legal assistant or similar role.
  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A RELATED POST-SECONDARY LEGAL ASSISTANT AND/OR LAW CLERK PROGRAM
  • Ability to handle time pressure and stress of multiple demands.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
