Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our desserts meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied with their experience at D Spot Dessert Cafe.

Maintain Records and Reports

Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Physical Demands

Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
