We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trishiv Food Limited. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service team is well-organized and productive.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working together effectively to provide excellent service.
- Train Staff in Job Duties: Train our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have everything we need to provide high-quality food.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Hire and train new food service staff, ensuring that our team is well-staffed and equipped to provide excellent service.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates for our food service department, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have the information we need to make informed decisions.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure, ensuring that we meet our deadlines and provide high-quality service.
- Tight Deadlines: Work with tight deadlines, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, ensuring that we are able to move around the kitchen and provide excellent service.

- 1 Year to Less Than 2 Years: Have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, ensuring that we have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional service.
