Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mach Food Corporation O/A Fresh Burrito. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory is properly managed.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality service.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in our establishment.
Hours of Work:35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
