At Paco hardware Inc., we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. The role also involves assembling data and preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as performing data entry and training staff. Additionally, the candidate will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures. This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The employee will have the opportunity to grow and develop their skills, and the company will provide free parking and learning/training opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a similar role. They should also possess excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Other essential skills include attention to detail, flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to multitask. As a team player, they should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
