Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at TECHNOLOGY CIRCLE SOLUTIONS INC.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate human, financial, and material resources to achieve business objectives.
- Leadership: Establish and maintain a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the organization.
- Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional campaigns and human resources planning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and organized.
- Workplace Information: Hybrid work arrangement, 30 hours per week, and English language proficiency.
