Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.
- Administer prescribed medical treatments and medications as required.
- Lead and coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
- Successful completion of a relevant post-basic program may be required.
- Current B.C.L.S. certification.
- Knowledge of the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba Standards of Practice for Registered Nurses and the Canadian Nurses Association Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize care for individual patients or groups of patients.
- Ability to respond to a variety of simultaneous demands.
- Experience in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer software and applications.
