Job Title: Executive Secretary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Secretary to join our team at Haynsworth Solutions Ltd. As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role:

  • Assist executives in planning, coordinating, and implementing projects and events.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication systems, including email, phone, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries from clients and colleagues.
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive secretary or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
