Job Summary

EAGLE TECH RECYCLING LTD. is seeking a skilled Recycling Scale Operator to join our team. As a Recycling Scale Operator, you will be responsible for feeding and unloading production machinery and equipment, monitoring instruments on chemical formulation units, and performing various tasks to ensure efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feed and unload production machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Monitor instruments on one or more chemical formulation units, adjusting processing machines and equipment as needed to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Clean and maintain work spaces, including chemical processing machines and equipment, and production areas, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Measure, weigh, and load chemical ingredients following formulation cards, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
  • Move, sort, and pile materials and products, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as needed.
  • Record production information, including data on chemical formulation, production levels, and equipment performance.
  • Start up, shut down, and troubleshoot equipment, working closely with maintenance teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
  • Assist in operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and extending equipment lifespan.
  • Take samples of products and materials, analyzing data to inform production decisions.
  • Perform general laboring duties, including cleaning and organizing work spaces, as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
