About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recycling Scale Operator to join our team at Eagle Tech Recycling Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our recycling facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feed and unload production machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Monitor instruments on chemical formulation units, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues to the production team.
  • Clean and maintain workspaces, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Measure, weigh, and load chemical ingredients according to formulation cards, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Move, sort, and pile materials and products, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Record production information, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Start up, shut down, and troubleshoot equipment, collaborating with the production team to resolve issues.
  • Assist in operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Take samples, analyzing data to inform production decisions.
  • Perform general laboring duties, supporting the production team in various tasks.
  • Operate equipment from control rooms or consoles, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Operate forklifts, moving materials and products with precision and care.
  • Adjust processing machines and equipment, optimizing production processes.
  • Monitor reaction processes and transfers of products, adhering to safety procedures.
Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Free parking available on site.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
