Key Responsibilities
  • Apply coatings to aircraft, motor vehicles, and construction materials using various techniques and equipment
  • Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning and abrading as necessary
  • Operate metal spray equipment and other machinery to achieve precise coatings
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and meet quality standards
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as painting and coating or surface preparation
  • Strong knowledge of coating materials, application methods, and safety protocols
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of environmental conditions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
