Warehouse Cart Attendant

Job Summary
The Warehouse Cart Attendant is an exciting opportunity to develop skills in the retail industry. This role involves collecting shopping carts from cart corrals, parking lots, and store perimeters and returning them to a safe storage location while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assists customers by collecting shopping carts and returns them to a safe storage location using approved procedures and ensuring necessary logs are completed.
- Responds promptly to requests at all registers and safely assists customers with carry-outs or carry-ins, verifying receipts for proof of purchase.
- Maintains Cart Retrieval Log at Customer Service Desk.
- Contributes to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures.
- Promotes safety by wearing personal protective equipment, including steel toe footwear and reflective vests during cart collection.
- Completes safety sweeps as required.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older.
