Job Description

In this role as Inventory Control Operations Manager at The North West Company, you will oversee daily reports, cycle count tracking, and adjustments. You will also be responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking attendance for payroll purposes.

  • Monitor daily reports and make adjustments as required;
  • Plan and schedule inventory control operations;
  • Oversee the inventory control team;
  • Liaise between Congebec and NWC;
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have supervisory experience, proven leadership skills, and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems or similar programs. You must also possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to solve problems critically, and high attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge in Access and Impromptu reporting;
  • Supervisory experience and/or proven leadership skills;
  • Knowledgeable in navigating through Warehouse Management Systems or other similar programs;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently to complete responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines;
Benefits and Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary, along with opportunities to learn, develop, and advance throughout the organization. The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 based on the location and industry standards.
