Job Description
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures in a fast-paced trucking environment.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials to ensure efficient communication within the fleet.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and confirming logistics.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
