Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Bid Process: From opportunity identification to proposal submission, you will ensure timely and high-quality proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Develop Bid Strategies: Align with company goals and client requirements to create compelling and persuasive bid content.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Work with estimating, procurement, technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed.
  • Manage Bidding Resources: Ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions while managing bidding resources effectively.
  • Negotiate with Clients: Participate in negotiation sessions to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Track bid performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
