- Coordinate with Teams: Work with estimating, procurement, technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed.
- Manage Bidding Resources: Ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions while managing bidding resources effectively.
- Negotiate with Clients: Participate in negotiation sessions to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Track bid performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Degree or diploma in business administration, finance, facilities management, or a related field.
