About the Role

Rapid Ground Xpress is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials between departments and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and prioritize orders received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement plans to optimize logistics operations, including scheduling production runs and coordinating with warehouse and production units.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels and movements.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments and external partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to order fulfillment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations, including metrics on order fulfillment, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
