Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members or management as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed support.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and team performance.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous customer support or sales experience, preferably in a technical or aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
