Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at Airbus Helicopters Canada. As a key member of our Customer Support Office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members or management as needed.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Sales and Service:
    • Process sales orders, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Warranty and Claims:
    • Process warranty claims, investigate issues, and provide timely resolutions to customers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of warranty claims.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer support processes and procedures.
    • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or sales roles, preferably in the aerospace or aviation industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
