Seeking a seasoned Finance professional for a Financial Manager position in the Greater Toronto Area. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial management and planning functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general accounting, and budgeting tasks.

About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join our client's organization as a Finance Manager, where you will perform full-cycle accounting and financial functions for two organizations. You will oversee and coordinate financial reporting for provincial and federal regulations, ensuring all month/quarter/year-end accounting duties and financial reporting are completed accurately and on time.

You will also be responsible for filing government remittances, preparing year-end auditing requirements, and supporting the year-end audit process. Additionally, you will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and practices.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a CPA designation (completed or in progress) and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. You must have a minimum of four years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with OSAP/Financial Aid administration experience preferred.

You should have prior experience in QuickBooks and advanced knowledge of Excel. As a self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and written skills, you will work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.

What We Offer
