Job Title: National Sales Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Director to join our dynamic team at EightSix Network. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the toy or technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners, with a focus on the LA Toy industry.
- Collaborate closely with our VP of Sales and Director of Sales to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Travel as needed to attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Lead and manage sales team operations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the toy or technology industry.
- Strong network and established relationships within the consumer industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and effectively manage sales teams.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and consumer trends.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, events, and client engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
