Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

- Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Office Maintenance: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
