About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Reliance Accounting & Tax Services. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Office Maintenance: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
